You will need to send the customer this form when they have contact us stating their data has been shut down while roaming. They will need to fill it out and send back to us once it has been completed.


The email will have to be sent to  cccprojecthelpdesk@bell.ca


All you need to state is that you would like to have this/these people placed on the exclusion list. 


They will email you back saying its done and then you can respond to the client with the updated information.
