If you’ve lost or forgotten your Message Centre or Message Centre Express password, you can reset it through My Bell. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to My Bell and go to My wireless services
  2. Under My services, select the account for which you want to reset the Message Centre password
  3. Click on Reset my voicemail password
  4. Click on Create password
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions
