If you’ve lost or forgotten your Message Centre or Message Centre Express password, you can reset it through My Bell. Here’s how:
- Log in to My Bell and go to My wireless services
- Under My services, select the account for which you want to reset the Message Centre password
- Click on Reset my voicemail password
- Click on Create password
- Follow the onscreen instructions
