1. Access your mailbox by pressing and holding the 1 key on your mobile phone.
  2. Press 4 for Personal options.
  3. Press 3 for Personal greeting options.
  4. Press 1 and follow the instructions for changing your greeting.

Good to know

For an iPhone with iOS 17, you may find that your personal voicemail greeting is now one of Apple’s generic greetings. You can opt out of Live Voicemail to resolve this issue.

To opt out of Live Voicemail, go to Settings > Phone > Live Voicemail and then turn off Live Voicemail.
