If no, please migrate the account under your name first. To do so, please contact Bell customer service at 1-800-667-0123 (Presence/authorization of current account holder required).
If yes, please fax any one of the document below to 1-877-666-0196 or email to migrationsupport@bell.ca:
- Company Employment ID
- Letter of employment with company letterhead
- Pay-stub (No later than one month from submission)
- Cover letter (Please include):
- Account Migration: Consumer Personal to Corp INDV
- Company name: University of Victoria
- Your full name
- Bell phone number to be migrated & account number
It will normally take about 7 business days for them to update your rate plan.
